Take A Book- Leave A Book

Locations in Grant County, NM

Currently more than 1000 books are in circulation. Check these exchange boxes often as new books arrive in them weekly!  If you start a Take a Book-Leave a Book Branch in your community, let us know and we will post locations if you like.

    Current Locations in Grant County, New Mexico:

        o       Cliff School Library -- Teen Box and Children 12 and Under Box

        o       Silver City Public Library --Teen Box in Teen & Children's Section

        o       Silver City Recreation Center

        o       Desert Springs Physical Therapy  (photo of this location)

        o         Silver City Document Center
              o         Magistrate Court in Silver City 
    o        Both Laundry Mats in Silver City -Adult-Teen-Children's Combined Box
    o         Jose Barrios Elementary School Library --Children's Box
    o         Girl Scout Hut in Silver City
    o        Harrison Schmitt Elementary School Library--Children's Box
    o         Deming Marshall Memorial Library-Deming, NM--Teen Box and Children Box

    Locations are expanding in Grant County, New Mexico, to additional places:

•     Additional Elementary schools and high schools in the Silver Consolidated School District
•     Local Doctor’s Offices / Medical Clinics in Grant County
•     Plans are underway for inclusion of Cobre Consolidated Schools, if possible, as
•     well as expanding current locations in Hidalgo and Luna Counties

We have been notified that our "Adopt-A-Box" in Sierra Vista and Phoenix, Arizona.
